We deliver model-based MEP quantity take-offs using Autodesk Revit schedules and coordinated BIM models to support reliable tendering, procurement, and cost planning. By linking quantities to the coordinated model and checking them against project drawings and specifications, we help improve measurement consistency, reduce manual errors, and support better project cost control.
