- Duct work quantities (m² or kg depending on specification)
- Chilled water piping (linear meters by diameter)
- Insulation quantities for ducts and pipes (m² / m³)
- HVAC equipment count (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, fans)
- Air terminals (diffusers, grilles, registers – quantity & type)
- Valves and fittings (control valves, isolation valves, strainers)
- Dampers (fire dampers, volume control dampers, smoke dampers)
- Supports and hangers (duct & pipe support systems)
